Noel D’Allacco recognized a gap in community resources for students who couldn’t afford a prom dress, inspiring her to create Operation Prom. Now, 20 years later, the Operation Prom National Network, Inc. serves as a nationwide resource, connecting students, parents, and schools with organizations that provide free formal wear to teens in need.
